These policies are seen as hindering the ability of companies to attract and retain diverse talent, which is crucial for innovation and growth. Additionally, the survey highlighted concerns about the potential negative impact on company culture and employee morale. The findings underscore the importance of inclusive policies in fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
