Budget and Finance Committee approves $161 million plan for Carew Tower

The Budget and Finance Committee of Cincinnati has approved a $161 million plan to renovate the Carew Tower, a historic skyscraper in the city's downtown area. The plan, which was proposed by 3CDC, a local non-profit real estate developer, includes upgrades to the building's infrastructure, as well as the addition of new retail and office space.
