GINSMS Inc. announced its financial results for the first quarter ending March 31, 2025, reporting a revenue increase to $5.3 million from $4.9 million in the same period of the previous year, driven by higher messaging fees and increased message volumes. The company's net income rose to $0.8 million, or $0.02 per share, up from $0.6 million, or $0.01 per share, in the first quarter of 2024.
