Roth, a master of the genre whose work includes the "Hostel" and "Cabin Fever" franchise, returns with the story of an idyllic summer town descending into madness when an ice cream man serves kids sweet

Eli Roth, known for his work in horror films, is set to direct a new family-friendly movie titled "The Ice Cream Man," which will be produced by Warner Bros. The film, based on an original story by Roth, follows the adventures of a group of kids who discover that their local ice cream man has a secret past and must embark on a mission to save their town. This project marks a departure from Roth's usual genre, as he aims to create a fun and nostalgic film that appeals to both children and adults, drawing inspiration from classic family movies of the 1980s.
