A Navarre man, Michael Shane Bodine Green, was arrested after a note found in a stolen truck led authorities to him. The note, discovered by a deputy during a traffic stop in Walton County, contained Green's name and a phone number. The truck, reported stolen from Okaloosa County, was being driven by a woman who claimed she had borrowed it from a friend. Following the discovery of the note, Green was located and arrested on charges of grand theft of a motor vehicle and possession of methamphetamine.
