Foley business break-in leads to arrest: police

In Foley, Alabama, a routine business break-in led to the arrest of 34-year-old Joshua Ryan Herrin after police discovered him hiding in the ceiling of the business. The incident occurred early in the morning when officers responded to an alarm at a business on McKenzie Street. Upon arrival, they found signs of forced entry and, after a search, located Herrin in the ceiling. He was charged with third-degree burglary and taken to the Baldwin County Corrections Center.
