MALVERN, PA--(Marketwire - March 31, 2009) - Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: [ VSH ]) today announced that it will participate in Premier Farnell's virtual Live EDGE Awards Ceremony & Communication Technology Conference on April 2, 2009. The free event, available globally live from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. EDT, will be held in the Live EDGE EcoSphere, a virtual environment designed specifically as a learning and networking community for design engineers, engineering students, and hobbyists around the world. The conference's objective is to showcase the newest technologies from 29 leading component manufacturers in support of global environmental design.
