(PINKSHEETS: [ UDHI ]) -- [ http://www.uniondental.com/ir ] -- a Company that operates and manages a network of dentists throughout the United States for union members, announced today it anticipates being profitable in the year ending 12/31/2008 with revenues in excess of $2,500,000. This will be the fourth straight quarter the company has reported profits.
