PERTH, AUSTRALIA--(Marketwire - April 2, 2009) - Bannerman Resources Limited (TSX:BAN)(ASX:BMN) advises that effective 5.00pm (Perth time) on 30 April 2009, Bannerman will be utilising the share registry services of Computershare Investor Services Pty Limited ("Computershare"), Level 2, 45 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000 for the maintenance of share registers for its Australian security holders.

Bannerman already utilises Computershare to maintain its Canadian share register. The change in Australia is expected to make it more efficient for North American investors to acquire Bannerman shares on the ASX.
