PRESQUE ISLE, ME--(Marketwire - March 13, 2009) - The Board of Directors of Maine & Maritimes Corporation (NYSE Alternext US: [ MAM ]) voted March 13, 2009, to approve a dividend of $0.05 per share for the second quarter of 2009. The dividend is payable April 23, 2009, to shareholders of record on March 26, 2008.
