DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - April 13, 2009) - North Dallas Bank & Trust Co. (OTCBB: [ NODB ]) announces net earnings of $888,534 or $0.35 per share for the three months ending March 31, 2009, compared to $1,258,839 or $0.49 per share for the same period in 2008.
