VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - April 14, 2009) - Canfor Corporation (TSX:CFP) will hold its Annual General Meeting at 11:30 AM PDT Thursday, April 30, 2009 in Vancouver, BC at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver in the Saturna Ballroom.

The Company will release its first quarter 2009 financial and operating results on Thursday, April 30, 2009.
