BFI Canada Ltd.: BFI Canada Ltd. Announces Quarterly Cash Dividends
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 20, 2009) - BFI Canada Ltd. (the "Corporation") (TSX:BFC) today has declared a regular cash dividend of C$0.125 per share, payable on April 15, 2009, to the shareholders of record as of March 31, 2009.
The Corporation has also declared a special cash dividend of C$0.125 per share, payable on April 15, 2009, to the shareholders of record as of March 31, 2009.
The Corporation advises that the above referenced dividends are eligible dividends for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada), and any similar provincial tax legislation.
