Mr. Ben van Dijk, currently Executive Vice President Corporate Human Resources is ready for a new challenge after leading the Human Resource function of DSM for 10 years. Further details about the next step of Ben van Dijk will be disclosed this summer. Ben van Dijk will be succeeded by:

Mr. Paul Jarrell, who will be appointed as Executive Vice President Corporate Human Resources as per 1 September.

Paul Jarrell, a US national, is currently Vice President Human Resources Commercial Businesses at ITT in New York, which employs approximately 20,000 people. He has extensive HR leadership experience; amongst others he also worked for Alcoa in Europe. Paul Jarrell will join DSM as of 1 May.
