MIDLAND, TX--(Marketwire - March 31, 2009) - StarInvest Group, Inc. (OTCBB: [ STIV ]) is pleased to announce that on March 31, 2009, the Board of Director appointed Manu Kalia as new Director of the Company. Manu Kalia will replace Roger Moreau who resigned from his position on March 2, 2009.

Also Mr. Kalia served as CEO of Promana Solutions, Inc. which was a web based payroll processing and HR outsourcing firm.
