HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - March 11, 2009) - BioCentric Energy Algae has evaluated the potential and authored terms of a Memorandum of Understanding to move forward with building the "Algae Pro closed loop Photobioreactor" in Death Valley Junction in California on property owned by the Amargosa Opera House, LLC.

Dennis Fisher, Board Member and President for BioCentric Energy, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ BEHL ]), stated today, "In May 2004 the National Renewable Energy Laboratory released radiation data (PAR Data or Photosynthetically Active Radiation) and defines Death Valley Junction area, using inputs derived from both satellite and surface observations of cloud cover, aerosol optical depth, atmospheric pressure, water vapor and other variables as one of the most advantageous areas for our use in the United States of America." Mr. Fisher went on to state, "It is also a known fact that there is an aquifer three feet from the surface to provide more than sufficient amounts of water and we can place our large algae water storage tanks below ground and utilize the cooling needs in the hot weather and the warming needs for the cold winter nights. BioCentric Energy Algae will be the first company operating a 3 acre closed loop photobioreactor solution in the USA, and the company plans to have more operational farms over the next 2 years."

The Team of BioCentric Energy Algae delivers cost effective photobioreactor systems that take the emissions from smoke stacks, and in a closed loop environment, grow algae for production and harvest profitably.

BioCentric Energy, Inc. is dedicated to the development of new technologies as well as acquiring and fostering companies with innovative technologies designed to provide unique and effective green energy solutions for the 21st century.
