ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - March 10, 2009) - LIGATT Security International (PINKSHEETS: [ IGTP ]) announced plans today to begin aggressively targeting fellow technology companies for acquisitions. LIGATT Security International CEO Gregory Evans aspires to acquire six companies by the end of June.

"At LIGATT Security, our goal is to become one of the world's largest corporations and to be composed of only the latest and highest quality technology in the field," says Evans. "We are confident that by acquiring companies that are equally as motivated and enthusiastic about technology as our own, we will become an industry powerhouse in the same way as companies such as AT&T did when building the world's largest wireless network."

The merger between LIGATT Security, LLC and Intelligent Sports to form LIGATT Security International has put the new company in the position to purchase these companies with not only cash but with stock as well. LIGATT Security International (IGTP) is currently trading under the Intelligent Sports stock symbol while awaiting stock symbol change. Since the merger with Intelligent Sports, LIGATT Security's stock has shown a drastic increase in value; an amount that is 55 times greater than what it was only one month ago.

LIGATT Security's immediate acquisition initiative consists of targeting companies that offer products and services that are on the forefront of the computer security industry. These companies must meet specific criteria, such as the number of years in business and must be generating substantial revenues. Evans emphasizes that he does not plan to change the management of these companies, but will rather actively seek out companies with similar interests and management styles that will enhance LIGATT Security's current success.

Evans is currently seeking companies belonging to the following industries: computer security, Hi-Tech computer training, caller ID spoofing, and computer hardware and software. If you own a technology or computer security company that you would like to sell, please email [ pr@ligatt.com ], or visit [ www.ligatt.com ] for a description of the attributes we are seeking in a company.

LIGATT Security is one of the nation's premier hi-tech security companies and is recognized as a leader in computer security, CCTV surveillance and cyber-crime investigation. LIGATT Security is truly unique because it is comprised of a network of innovators who are continually striving to reach new heights in quality and in new technology.
