CryptoLogic Limited: CryptoLogic Declares Quarterly Dividend

DUBLIN, IRELAND--(Marketwire - March 13, 2009) - CryptoLogic Limited, (TSX:CRY)(TSX:CXY)(NASDAQ:CRYP)(LSE:CRP) a world leader in Internet casino and branded gaming software, announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.03 per common share, unchanged from last quarter.

The continuing payment of a dividend reflects the board's confidence in CryptoLogic's strategy to return to growth and profitability in 2009.

The new dividend will be paid on April 15, 2009 to shareholders of record of CryptoLogic Limited and CryptoLogic Exchange Corporation as at April 8, 2009. The ex-dividend date will be April 3, 2009.

For shareholders of CryptoLogic Limited, the dividend payment is subject to a 20% Irish withholding tax.
