The system, which was introduced to streamline the process, has instead caused significant delays and confusion among businesses due to technical glitches and lack of clear communication. The Chamber's president, Khrystle Rutherford-Ferguson, emphasized the need for a dialogue to resolve these issues promptly, as the current situation is hampering business operations and could potentially lead to financial penalties for non-compliance.
