BMW Group India and UNICEF have partnered to launch a program aimed at empowering children in rural India with STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) skills, with a strong emphasis on gender equality and inclusive education. This initiative will focus on enhancing digital literacy, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities among students in government schools across six states: Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and Uttar Pradesh. The program will also address the digital divide by providing access to technology and training for both students and teachers. It aims to create an inclusive learning environment, particularly encouraging the participation of girls in STEM fields, thereby promoting gender equality.
