TAMPA, Fla.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Masonite Inc. (OTCBB: MASWF) today announced the appointment of Mark J. Erceg as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective June 1, 2010.

Mark joins Masonite with 18 years of experience in global finance and accounting with the Procter & Gamble Company. Most recently, Mark held one of the top finance positions as Vice President and General Manager of Global Investor Relations. In that capacity Mark was the single point of contact for all buy and sell side analysts, portfolio managers and financial institutions. Prior to that assignment, Mark was based in Geneva, Switzerland, where he drove the profitability of a $3 billion regional business. Mark also served as Director of Global Finance for the Wal-Mart Customer Team, Plant Comptroller, and Associate Director of Market Strategy & Planning, amongst others. Mark began his career at Procter & Gamble Company as a financial analyst.

Mark earned his MBA in Finance and BS in Accounting from Indiana University, Kelly School of Business. Mark also earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2004.
