("Ivernia" or the "Company") (TSX:IVW) today announced that it will hold its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time). The meeting will be held at The St. Andrew's Club and Conference Centre, Inverness Room, 150 King Street West, 27^th Floor, Toronto, Ontario.

In addition, the Company will report results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2010 after the close of market (TSX) on Monday, May 17, 2010.
