BTB Real Estate Investment Trust announces its distribution for the month of May 2010

MONTREAL, May 14 /CNW Telbec/ - The trustees of BTB Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX-V: BTB.UN) ("BTB") announced today that the monthly cash distribution for the month of May 2010 is $0.0067 per unit, representing $0.08 per unit on an annualized basis. The cash distribution will be paid on June 15, 2010 to unitholders of record on May 31, 2010.

As at the close of business on May 13, 2010, 33,691,725 units of BTB were issued and outstanding.
