NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - May 12, 2010) - Sparta Commercial Services, Inc. (OTCBB: [ SRCO ]) announced today that in accordance with a new strategic alliance with ICOP Digital, Inc., an industry-leading company engaged in advanced mobile video technology solutions, Sparta will offer a lease-financing alternative to ICOP's customers under its Municipal Lease Program. Sparta has become a leader in the law enforcement market for municipal leases and the relationship affords both companies the opportunity to leverage existing relationships.

Until now, ICOP's governmental customers had limited options versus purchasing the systems outright with full payments made up front. Through the new relationship with Sparta, local or state agencies that want to acquire ICOP systems will now be able to lease the equipment with the cost spread out over a period of time with appreciably lower capital outlays in any given year, resulting in the agency owning the systems at the end of the lease period.
