LEBANON, Ohio--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--The Directors of LCNB Corp. (OTCBB: LCNB), at their meeting on May 10, 2010, declared a Second Quarter dividend of $.16 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend will be paid on June 15^th to shareholders of record June 1, 2010.
