XcelPlus? GlyClene" in Test at Sony Plant

TOPPING, Va.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--XcelPlus Global Holdings Inc. (Pink Sheets: XPGH) announces that Sony Corporation's manufacturing facility in Dothan, Alabama has requested a test burn of the company's renewable fuel Glyclene™.

The Sony plant will be XcelPlus' largest contract for Glyclene to date, if awarded. Sony has five such facilities in the United States. A senior manager at the plant said, "We are excited to qualify another fuel for our boilers at Dothan, Alabama." GlyClene may become a part of Sony's "cost down" fuel project.

The renewable fuels tax stimulus being implemented by President Obama is intended to help the U.S. switch to renewable fuels, such as GlyClene. "The renewable fuel tax stimulus will help GlyClene become an affordable replacement for petroleum based fuels, especially since it does not add any CO2 to the atmosphere," said J. Michael Parsons, president of XcelPlus Global Holdings. "Carbon credits generated by using renewable fuels can benefit the company or its customers in new ways. Carbon credits are already traded as a commodity on the Chicago Climate Exchange."
