NORTH WILKESBORO, NC--(Marketwire - February 17, 2009) - Expo Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ EXPH ]) and its wholly owned subsidiary, D&D Displays, Inc., reported that January 2009 sales have exceeded $215,000. This represents a 25% growth over January 2008's sales which were $171,726.

James D. Brown, CEO, stated, "In the final hours of January, we were fortunate to complete large shipments to our customers. This pushed our January sales figure up to over $215,000. We continue to be cautiously optimistic that 1st quarter 2009, although not expected to be stellar in this environment, will prove to be solid nonetheless."

The outstanding share count and public float remains unchanged since our last report at 487,923,442 and 435,250,870 respectively.
