LAS VEGAS, Oct. 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- NV Energy, Inc. (NYSE: [ NVE ]) announced that its board of directors today declared a cash dividend of $0.13 per share, payable on December 21, 2011 to shareholders of record on December 6, 2011.
