MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - May 12, 2010) - WAVE TECHNOLOGIES GROUP, INC. (PINK SHEETS:WTGI) (The Company) on May 04, 2010 received approval from Finra for a Name Change and Stock Reverse Split.

Name Change

The Company with shareholder approval, in order to reflect more accurately its new business changed its name from Boundary Bay Resources, Inc. to 'WAVE TECHNOLOGY GROUP, INC.' trading under the new symbol 'WTGI.PK'

Restructuring

The company caused a reverse split of 1000 to 1.

The Company's new business
