







Virgin Metals Announces the Listing of Its Common Shares on the TSX Venture Exchange

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 10, 2010) - Virgin Metals Inc. ("Virgin Metals" or the "Company) (TSX:VGM) is pleased to announce that the Company has received approval to lists its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"). The Company's common shares will commence trading on the TSXV on May 11, 2010 under its current symbol VGM. As advised on January 19, 2010, the Company's Board of Director's believe that a listing on the TSXV is appropriate for an emerging junior exploration company such as Virgin Metals.
