HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 22, 2009) - Gregory Isenor, P.Geo., President and CEO of Merrex Gold Inc. ("Merrex")(TSX VENTURE:MXI) announces John Edmondson and Dan Whittaker have resigned as directors.
