BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Medical Properties Trust, Inc. (NYSE: MPW) announced today it will host a conference call and webcast on Thursday, January 29, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the Company's fourth quarter 2008 financial results.
