CENTENNIAL, CO--(Marketwire - February 19, 2009) - Leading Points Corporation today announced it has achieved several milestones for its client Winning Brands Corporation (PINKSHEETS: [ WNBD ]) (FRANKFURT: WMU) ([ www.WinningBrands.ca ]) ahead of schedule.

Leading Points was engaged by Winning Brands to promote the adoption of their line of products by the government of the United States with an emphasis on uses by military personnel and the Department of Defense.

Today's announcement describes several accomplishments. First, a NATO Commercial and Governmental Entity (NCAGE) code has been assigned to Winning Brands' production subsidiary. Second, Winning Brands has secured a listing in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system. Both are essential before the company can sell products to the U.S. government. It is also confirmed that Winning Brands now holds a position in the Army and Air Force Exchange System (AAFES) vendor list. This opens the door to sales of Winning Brands products through the extensive worldwide network of Base Exchange and Post Exchange (BX and PX) stores in accordance with Winning Brands' development plans.
