MOORESVILLE, NC--(Marketwire - June 10, 2009) - Bebida Beverages (PINKSHEETS: [ BBDA ]), in alliance with Potencia USA, is proud to announce that Flair Beverages Inc., of New York, will be an official distributor of the growing Bebida and Potencia product lines. This partnership is yet another step in the right direction for the Bebida and Potencia brands.

"We are very excited to work with Flair Beverages. They are one of the largest 'cash and carry' distributors in New York and sell over 5 million cases of beer and beverages annually," stated Bebida CEO Brian Weber. Flair will distribute Potencia Energy Drink, and within the week Piranha Water, under Oak Beverages, who is the primary distributor for New York.
