PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwire - June 15, 2009) - EastBridge Investment Group (EBIG) (OTCBB: [ EBIG ]) today announced that its client, JinKuiZi ("JKZ"), has been granted a new patent in China for a phosphorus production method using micro-organisms. The end product, Bio-Phosphorus fertilizer, does not cause air or soil pollution and is qualified for organic farming as well as regular farming. The Chinese agricultural department conducted several pilot tests of this project and has confirmed its efficacy.

JKZ is completing its audit and plans to become a public company soon thereafter. EastBridge is a substantial shareholder in the company.
