FORT WAYNE, IN--(Marketwire - May 29, 2009) - (PINKSHEETS: [ PINR ]) -- [ Mike The Pike Productions, Inc. ] CEO/President, [ Mark B. Newbauer ], announces an agreement with Fort Wayne, Indiana's [ Parkview Field ], the stadium centerpiece of the city's brand new real estate development project, Harrison Square, to include hotel, condominiums and retail facilities. MTP finalized the contract today to secure the venue for a show which will take place near the end of Summer 2009. "The stadium is gorgeous," says Newbauer. "Our plans are to do concerts at venues across the nation in the first two years and branch into festivals and tours thereafter hitting the international market by 2012. We decided as a kickoff in the name of economic development to do our first big show in our home town."

[ Fort Wayne, Indiana's ] Parkview Field can accommodate between approximately 9000-12000 people depending on stage setup and features a spectacular concourse area that wraps around the stadium. The venue is family friendly with many activities including a 25-foot climbing wall, and the stadium is poised in the heart of downtown with ample parking for convenience and top-tier design to make for an overall memorable experience.

Parkview Field and [ Tin Caps ] General Manager, Mike Nutter, feels that the show will be an enormous success: "[ Mike The Pike Productions ] impresses me with their overall business strategy for this show. It's a brand new stadium that holds novelty and appeal to regional audiences that may not have normally been a niche market for this concert which helps ensure a sold-out show... I'm also pleased with the economic development this venture brings to the city in union with the new stadium."

As well, Parkview Field has offered to allow MTP to promote the show throughout each of its team's ([ The Fort Wayne Tin Caps ]) home games which will accompany Mike The Pike's planned radio, news and television ad campaign to target the show's prospective audience effectively.

Mike The Pike Productions is well underway with its ticker symbol change and the process is currently in attorney hands. "We expect this to be done soon and we're excited to see the ticker reflect our company and its mission as a new direction for PINR shareholders. I thank everyone for their support as we will be announcing Entertainment Attorney and Publicity contracts in the coming days... as well as updates on the show's featured talent, literary options and co-production ventures," says Newbauer. MTP made great headway in CEO Newbauer's recent trip to Los Angeles where he met with Agency contacts, Managers and other producers toward collectively beneficial contracts.
