 TORONTO, June 18 /CNW/ - GMP Capital Inc. ("GMP"), (TSX - GMP), today declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per common share, representing payment for the second quarter ended June 30, 2009, payable on July 15, 2009, to shareholders of record on June 30, 2009.
