NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - May 30, 2009) - Sunrise Consulting Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ SNRS ]) announced that the shareholders have made the decision to implement a management change. Ron Touchard will no longer serve as the company's President and Raymond Chin will no longer assume the position of CEO. Both individuals have made significant contributions to Sunrise during their tenure as Corporate Executives.
