ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - June 4, 2009) - LIGATT Security International (LSI) (PINKSHEETS: [ LGTT ]) CEO Gregory Evans announces the first annual shareholders meeting to review the company's vision plan and additional corporate business. Shareholders will also be given the opportunity to vote on new officers and additional Board of Directors members. The meeting will take place aboard a cruise ship destined for Nassau, Bahamas on July 23, 2009 through July 26, 2009. The opportunity to mix and mingle amongst LIGATT Security International staff members, Board of Directors and CEO Gregory Evans will be given.
