Following the acquisition of Baum Hart & Partners in December 2008 and Key IT Systems in April 2008, Allocate Software has invested significant resources into the development of its next generation bank staff management solution, this includes over 100 years of Bank Staff Management product experience. By combining the best of its three Bank/Temporary Staffing products (BSMS, StaffBank and MAPS Healthroster Bank module) Allocate Software has developed the Next Generation Bank Staff Management Solution for NHS Trusts.

BSMS empowers NHS Trusts by automating the planning of bank and agency staff and reporting across hospitals.
