(dba OpenACircle.com™) have agreed to postpone merger discussions indefinitely.

OpenACircle.com is an online collaboration start-up based in Plano, Texas. OpenACircle provides SMB professionals with a free collaboration solution based on "circles," work spaces loaded with asynchronous and synchronous communications tools.
