PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwire - August 11, 2009) - EastBridge Investment Group (EBIG) (OTCBB: [ EBIG ]) today announced that its auditor team has finished auditing Jinkuizi (JKZ), a bio-phosphorus fertilizer company, located in Foshan, China. JKZ specializes in "green" fertilizer production methods to reduce pollution in the environment and to enhance food quality.

The management of EBIG has begun the legal work to make JKZ a public company as soon as possible. JKZ is in negotiation to acquire a phosphate mine in China. Its market cap is estimated to be around $85,000,000 with the mining asset. EastBridge is a major shareholder in JKZ.
