VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - July 31, 2009) - MBMI RESOURCES INC. ("MBMI" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:MBR) reports that pursuant to the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held July 30, 2009, shareholders have voted in favour of all management resolutions proposed in the Management Information Circular. The seven members elected to the Board of Directors include: Michael T. Mason, John F. Cook, David G. Tafel, Kenneth A. Cawkell, John Seaman, Christopher A. Serin, and Robert L. McCurdy. Subsequent to the AGM, the Board of Directors appointed the following officers: Michael Mason as President and C.E.O.; David Tafel as V.P. Corporate Development; Adrian Rothwell as C.F.O., and Kenneth Cawkell as Secretary.
