FT. LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - August 6, 2009) - Macada Holding, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ TSHL ]), a publicly traded company, announces its subsidiary LyfeTec, Inc. has signed a licensing rights territory agreement with a company in Canada for $500,000.00. The Canadian company -- Canada L8E 2J8 -- purchased the licensing right to market all of the company's medical products and agreed to work together with the company to file and get Canadian rights for other products.
