PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwire - June 3, 2009) - EastBridge Investment Group (EBIG) (OTCBB: [ EBIG ]) today announced that its client, JinKuiZi, opened its joint venture bio-phosphor fertilizer plant in Henan, China, on May 26, 2009. JinKuiZi has won numerous awards and commendations from China's agricultural department for its accomplishments.

JinKuiZi is being audited and will become a public company soon, thereafter. EastBridge is a substantial shareholder in the company.
