LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - August 3, 2009) - Beneficial Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ BFHJ ]), closed on the purchase of the Vereda Tropical entertainment establishment on Friday, July 31, 2009. The Company received possession of the enterprise on August 1, 2009. The Company plans on having a new management gala in approximately two weeks and will place pictures on its website.

The Vereda Tropical casino establishment features the latest electronic gaming devices from International Game Technology of Las Vegas, Nevada, along with other games and entertainment. With a full operating bar and snack shop, the complex served several hundred patrons daily during its first weekend under Beneficial Holdings' management. "Once we begin serving full meals again at the restaurant, we expect the number of visitors to dramatically increase," said Carolina Navarro, President of Beneficial Holdings.

Beneficial Holdings is in the process of making improvements to the facility including the installation of counterfeit currency detectors, additional games and slots, hiring additional personnel, installing a new ceiling, and remodeling the building. The establishment is opened seven days per week.

The Company continues to negotiate additional acquisitions.
