Special Meeting of Crown Hill Fund Postponed
TORONTO, Aug. 7 /CNW/ - Crown Hill Fund (TSX: MYT.UN) and Crown Hill Capital Corporation, the Manager and Trustee of the fund, announce today that the Special Meeting of the unitholders of the fund scheduled for September 3, 2009 will be postponed. The meeting has been called to consider matters related to the merger of a number of the Citadel Group of Funds and was scheduled to be held on the same day as the meetings of those Citadel funds (the "Citadel Funds") that are the subject of the merger proposal. The meetings of unitholders of the Citadel Funds have been postponed to allow both the trustee and administrator of the Citadel Funds to consider and review additional matters related to the business to be conducted at such meetings.
