WALTHAM, Mass., Aug. 17, 2011/PRNewswire/ -- [ American DG Energy Inc. ] (NYSE Amex: [ ADGE ]), a leading [ OnSite Utility ], offering clean electricity, heat, hot water and cooling solutions to hospitality, healthcare, housing and athletic facilities, today announced that its subsidiary EuroSite Power Inc. has filed an initial Form 10 Registration Statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

"The filing of the Form 10 Registration Statement is an important achievement in our plan to create two separate, publicly traded companies," said John N Hatsopoulos, Chief Executive Officer of American DG Energy.
