CBL Announces Start of Construction on Phase II of The Forum at Grandview in Madison, MS
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. (NYSE: CBL), today announced the start of construction on phase II of The Forum at Grandview, a community center in Madison, MS. The 83,000-square-foot second phase will include anchors ULTA, Homegoods, PETCO and a national arts and crafts retailer along with 14,000-square-feet of specialty stores. The opening of phase II is scheduled for summer 2012.

Corner Bakery, a fast-casual restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, is also under construction on the periphery of the property with an opening date scheduled for December. The 110,000-square-foot phase I opened 100% leased in fall 2010 anchored by Best Buy, Dicka™s Sporting Goods and Stein Mart.
