Voting Results of Special Meeting of Stockholders of RiverSource LaSalle International Real Estate Fund

BOSTON--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--On February 15, 2011, stockholders of RiverSource LaSalle International Real Estate Fund, Inc. (the aLaSalle Closed-End Funda) (NYSE: SLS) at a Special Meeting of Stockholders (the aSpecial Meetinga) approved a proposal that the LaSalle Closed-End Fund be acquired by Columbia Real Estate Equity Fund (the aOpen-End Funda), an open-end fund which is a series of Columbia Funds SeriesTrust I (the aAcquisitiona). The final vote tabulations on the proposal were as follows:

Each of the LaSalle Closed-End Fund and the Open-End Fund are managed by Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC. As consideration for their shares, holders of the LaSalle Closed-End Funda™s common stock will receive Class Z shares of the Open-End Fund with a value equal to the net asset value of their shares of the LaSalle Closed-End Fund common stock on the closing date of the Acquisition, which is anticipated to occur on or about April 8, 2011. Redemptions and exchanges of shares of the Open-End Fund issued pursuant to the Acquisition would be subject to a redemption fee of 2% for a period of one year following the closing date of the Acquisition.

As a result of stockholdersa™ approval of the Acquisition at the Special Meeting, the LaSalle Closed-End Fund will not hold its 3^rd Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which was scheduled to be held in Minneapolis, MN on April 14, 2011.
