Webster Bank Joins Movement to Encourage People to Save

WATERBURY, CT--(Marketwire - February 18, 2011) - Webster Bank (NYSE: [ WBS ]), a leading New England financial institution, has joined "America Saves Week," a nationwide campaign to help Americans increase their [ savings rates ].
